Our Rotary Transfer department utilizes Hydromat technology to produce intricate machined parts in one operation. This reduces the chance for error, and enhances repeatability.

We maintain control throughout the manufacturing process in our Secondary Operations Department. Therefore we eliminate the delays and higher costs that result from outside sources.

Our Grinding Department enables us to accommodate intricate prototypes right through to production grinding.

To help keep parts per million (ppm) at zero and metal chips to a minimum, our Cleaning Department utilizes both Bowden Aqueous Automatic Parts Washers and a Better Engineering Automatic Parts Washer.
